Founded in Barcelona, Spain in the early 1960s, the lighting group Metalarte
remains a family run company producing lighting for the home and office. Central to the
collection are pieces developed during the innovative 60s and 70s, including the Calder light in
1974 which is a nod to the artist Alexander Calder. Today the collection includes indoor and
outdoor lamps, novelties, desk lights, and ceiling lamps by designers including Jaime Hayøn.
