What will I do on a day-to-day basis?

This role is responsible for the after sales service to our clients. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to address any product concerns, answer any aftersales questions and assist stakeholders and clients with all aftersales needs.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Past experience in after sales care or customer service.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Positive, pro-active and solution focused attitude.
  • Great initiative and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
