What will I do on a day-to-day basis?
Working 3 days per week: Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm and Sunday: 10am - 5pm you will:

  • Act as showroom concierge and host by:
  • Greeting and welcoming all clients to the showroom
  • Direct client enquiries to relevant team members
  • Arrange client refreshments if required.
  • Answer all incoming showroom calls and direct enquiries/messages to relevant team members.


What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong skills in organising and prioritising tasks
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for design and interiors
