Lars Beller Fjetland
Lars Beller Fjetland grew up and still lives on the west coast of Norway, where he has nurtured a lifelong fascination with the qualities of nature’s finest materials. At the core of his design philosophy is the idea that timelessness and longevity arise from an immediate, honest functionalism in form and aesthetic, pairing a holistic, sustainable approach with a deep understanding of manufacturing at every scale.
For Architectmade he designed Kin, a family of wooden figures, Mom, Dad, Girl, Boy and Baby, whose tilting, interchangeable heads let each one express subtle emotions, alone or together.
