Olaf Von Bohr

Born in Salzburg in 1927, Olaf von Bohr trained as a cabinetmaker in Munich and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna before moving to Milan in 1953 to work with Gio Ponti, Antonio Fornaroli and Alberto Rosselli. He opened his own studio in 1960, designing furniture, products and lighting, and began a long collaboration with Kartell.

His Wall Clothes Hook, a Kartell classic of the 1970s, returns in new materials and finishes.
