Paul Anker Hansen

Danish designer Paul Anker Hansen first made his wooden Owl by hand as a gift for friends and family, and it was the demand from those around him that led him to begin selling it. Creativity, imagination and playfulness run through his work, qualities he consciously carries into each of his designs.

Designed in 1960 and still made by hand in Denmark by Architectmade, the Owl is crafted in Danish oak with large wenge eyes, its magnetic head tilting and turning in any direction.
