Takagi & Homstvedt

Takagi & Homstvedt is the collaboration of longtime friends Jonah Takagi and Hallgeir Homstvedt, first shown in an exhibition curated by Sight Unseen with the Embassy of Norway. Takagi studied furniture design at the Rhode Island School of Design and toured as a musician before launching his studio; Homstvedt studied industrial design at Newcastle University in Australia and worked at Norway Says before opening his own studio in 2009.

For Roll & Hill they designed Half & Half, their first co-designed product to be licensed: cone and hemisphere pendants born from the play between geometric shapes.
