2. ATELIER BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE
For clients looking for a complete interior solution for their home, our Atelier Service offers a comprehensive solution from concept to completion.
With Atelier, your design brief can be as broad as required and the result is tailored to your needs and vision. This specialised service can include:
• Decorative lighting plans, including a selection of lights for each space.
• Colour schemes, including furniture and other styling elements.
• Assistance with the selection of rugs and carpets.
• Assistance with the selection of window treatments, wallpaper and paint finishes.
• Assistance with minor landscaping for outdoor areas.
• Layering and styling of the apartment, for example, the selection of linen, towels, cutlery, dinnerware and other accessories for your residence.
• Art procurement and assistance with hanging and placement.
• Selection and purchasing from third parties for other interior items specified within the brief.
• A dedicated project manager to ensure all work and installation is kept on time and within budget.
The Bespoke Atelier Design Service is available complimentary to Rockpool purchasers who reach a minimum spend of $200,000 with Space or Poliform.

The process
We believe that good design not only shapes the way you live but also how you feel. So when we work with new clients, we always begin with a conversation. We want to understand how you live and what’s important to you.
This sets the foundation for the Space Atelier design process.
Stage 01: Briefing & Concept Design
After our detailed briefing meeting with you, our design team will prepare a Concept Design Proposal. This is our return brief which includes drawings and sketches to explain the design response for your residence. We will then work through your feedback and any changes you require to achieve the vision for your home.
Stage 02. Design Development & Design Intent Drawing Package
At this stage of the process, our team will prepare costings based on the concept design. Costings can include loose furniture supplied directly from the Space and Poliform collection of brands, and third-party quotes for the supply of goods and/or services (trades). We will then develop the concept design into a final design solution (the developed design) with annotated drawings at scale (as required) for your review, feedback and sign-off.
Stage 03. Site Services
As part of our service, Space will liaise on your behalf with relevant tradespersons and external suppliers such as electricians, painters, wallpaper and window furnishing installers, including attending relevant site visits to oversee progress of work.
Space will also coordinate the delivery of loose furniture purchased by Space and any styling services as required, for example, the placement of linen for bedrooms and bathrooms, existing accessories and artwork hanging and placement.
