Carlo Colombo
Born in Carimate, Italy in 1967, Carlo Colombo studied architecture at the Politecnico in Milan and graduated in 1993. He started working as a designer and as a consultant for the industry and within two years of his graduation, he also began working on the restructuring of buildings and private houses. From 1996 he has worked within the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico in Milan where he holds lessons about industrial packaging. He has designed many important buildings, such as residential villas in Lugano, Como, Venice, Brianza and outside Milan. Colombo has designed extensively for Poliform and has worked with many other renowned furniture companies including Arflex, Cappellini, Flexform, Giorgetti, Poltrona Frau, Varenna, Ycami Edizioni and Zanotta.
