Manufacturer's Warranty


We guarantee that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original delivery. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.

It should also be noted that the guarantee does not cover:

  • Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods
  • Changes caused by normal wear and tear
  • Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance
  • Any damage due to an accident or force
  • Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors

SP01

Conceived in Australia, SP01 is a new design brand featuring a collection of beautifully detailed, hand finished furniture designed for an international audience. The SP01 team had a very clear vision, to create a new collection based on rigorous design and honest materials. Since their inception they have created collections with Metrica, Tim Rundle and Tom Fereday.  Design integrity and authenticity are key to the brand's ethos. To ensure the collection is of the highest quality, SP01 turned to Italy's leading manufacturers, ensuring the furniture is made by the same Italian craftsmen experienced in producing for the world's leading brands.

Metrica

The Italian studio Metrica has earned an international reputation for their unique approach to furniture design, which is marked by an Italian touch and supported by R&D activities on materials and processes. The group is led by Robin Rizzini (Chief Designer, whose extensive experience includes working with luminary Antonio Citterio for 6 years) and Lucio Quinzio Leonelli (Managing Partner, with broad experience in consumer goods, Nestle, Smith and Kline, D&C, in merging and acquisition, Opera Private Equity, and in furniture design market Unopiu, B&B Italia, Moooi). Their team includes talented young designers from around the world, who collectively bring an international vision to the designs. The studios combined expertise includes extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial interiors and the demands of furniture in both these environments. Their clients include; Arper, Extremis, MDF Italia, SP01, Poliform, Moooi and Zanotta.
