Gilberto Corretti

Gilberto Corretti was born in Florence in 1941 and in 1966 co-founded Archizoom Associati, the Radical group behind the No-Stop City project. He went on to teach design for many years at the ISIA schools in Rome, Florence and Faenza; in Florence he developed Care Toys, a laboratory designing games and play spaces for children in hospital. His memoir Autobiografia appeared in 2022, a year before his death.

For Poltronova he dressed the Archizoom sofa in a new outfit for its fiftieth anniversary: Superonda No-Stop, one of six limited editions created in 2017 by members of the group.
