Nicole Aebischer

Nicole Aebischer was born in Fribourg in 1980 and graduated in industrial design from ECAL in Lausanne in 2004. As a student she created the Pyllon stool with Atelier Oï, shown at Designers’ Saturday in Langenthal, the Salone del Mobile in Milan and mudac in Lausanne. In 2002 she won a D&AD Student Award and an internship in London, and has also worked as a graphic designer.

For B&B Italia she developed Pyllon into a stool and side table, launched in 2004, and in 2007 designed the faceted Joker vases and bowls in gold or silver leaf, black or white.
