The Refund, Repair and Return Policy applies to online purchases made on our website www.spacefurniture.com.au.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. Refunds are not normally provided if you:

• Change your mind;
• Make an incorrect selection; or
• Find the same goods cheaper elsewhere

Returns Process

To ensure an efficient return process, please follow the steps below:

• Notify Space of your return in writing by contacting our Team
• Wait for our response and instructions before returning goods
• Pack returned goods securely to prevent damage
• Retain original packaging, as it provides the best protection during transit
• Once the goods arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection, the value of the goods will be credited to your account

Our intention is to ensure that the returns process is straightforward, efficient and cost effective for all parties.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Fees

Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Recommended Return Method

We recommend that all returned goods are sent using a trackable shipping service or with shipping insurance.

While we make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not liable for goods lost in transit where a trackable or insured service has not been used.

These guarantees apply in addition to any extended warranty or voluntary warranty provided.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Team as soon as possible.

Space will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to a Space store and either:

• Provide a replacement; or
• Issue a refund.

Damaged goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by Space using the original payment method used for the online purchase. Refunds will be issued once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and successfully pass inspection.

Delivery Charges

Where Space considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any costs associated with returning the goods to Space or a Space Store will be covered by Space.

Returns and Repairs

You may return goods by mail by contacting our Team.

You may also visit or contact the Space store where:

• The goods were collected; or
• The goods were dispatched from

Goods must be returned within a reasonable time, which may vary depending on the product type and purchase price.

If any goods cannot be easily returned due to their size, goods installation, or fault type, please contact us to arrange an inspection.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. Any estimated repair time provided is indicative only and may change due to factors outside our control (e.g. parts availability or incorrect fault descriptions).

You may be required to pay labour, assessment or freight fees, where:

• Damage is caused by misuse or accident; or
• Your claim falls outside Australian Consumer Law or manufacturing warranty coverage.

Indicative costs may be provided but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
